Belarus admits over 79,000 Ukrainian citizens since 2024 year-start
MINSK, 2 August (BelTA) – Belarus has admitted 79,491 citizens of Ukraine since the start of the year, BelTA has learned from the State Border Committee.
Of them 35 people came to Belarus from Ukraine, 62,912 — from Poland, 15,428– from Lithuania, 1,116 – from Latvia.
Since 24 February 2022, a total of 225,983 citizens of Ukraine have arrived in Belarus: 15,953 crossed the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 160,700came from Poland, 43,678- from Lithuania, and 5,652- from Latvia.
