BEIJING, 6 September (BelTA — China Daily) — The exploration team of the
«Canal Chic: Reviving China’s Heritage» creative planning project
(Jiangsu), consisting of painters, designers and cultural creative
workers from both home and abroad, paid a visit to the China Grand Canal
Museum in Yangzhou, East China’s Jiangsu province.
The museum
houses over 10,000 pieces (sets) of various cultural relics featured in
11 exhibition halls and is often referred to as an «encyclopedia» of the
canal.
