Belarus-Mexico cooperation in economy discussed in Minsk
MINSK, 26 June (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Mexican States to the Republic of Belarus Eduardo Villegas Megías in Minsk on 26 June 2024, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of Belarusian-Mexican cooperation and topical issues on the bilateral agenda, including political, trade, economic and interparliamentary interaction, the ministry noted.
Special consideration was given to the ways of expanding the economic dimension of bilateral cooperation and updating the legal framework.
“The parties reaffirmed commitment to the constructive development of the whole range of Belarusian-Mexican relations in the interests of both countries,” the press service noted.
