Belarus win five medals at Moscow Karate Universe 2024
MINSK, 11 November (BelTA) – Belarusian athletes won five medals at the Moscow Karate Universe 2024 international tournament, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Sport and Tourism Ministry.
The event featured athletes from 32 countries, including Olympic, world and European champions, as well as top athletes of the world rankings. The Belarusian team comprised 39 athletes, five of whom graced the podium. Maryia Azarava clinched gold in the senior kumite female -61kg. Bronze medals went to Volha Ramaniuk (-68kg), Ivan Kudzinau (+84kg), Veranika Baravik (kata), Ivan Antsimonik (kata).
