Diplomas of the Standing Committee of the Union State of Belarus and Russia were awarded at Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk on 12 July. The awards were presented by State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev at the gala concert celebrating people’s brotherhood as part of the Days of the Union State.Pictured: People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Alexander Zatsepin is awarded the diploma of the Standing Committee of the Union State «For promoting the ideas of friendship between the peoples of Belarus and Russia».
