Minsk marks City Day
MINSK, 14 September (BelTA) — Minsk marks the 957th anniversary of its foundation. The celebrations kicked off with a solemn flower ceremony at the Minsk Hero City Monument. The program of the celebrations will include an array of events across the capital city. Major festivity sites are the Upper Town and the grounds near the Palace of Sports.
