Putin instructs to prepare proposals for single scientific space of CIS, BRICS
MINSK, 1 August (BelTA) — Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to prepare proposals for the development of a single scientific and technological space within the CIS and BRICS, TASS reports.
«Taking into account the instructions given earlier, the government shall submit the proposals for the single scientific and technological space within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the BRICS interstate association,» reads a communication published on the Kremlin website.
This instruction must be completed by 1 November of this year.
