On 11 September Minsk played host to an official send-off ceremony for the participants of the Belarusian delegation to 17th festival Youth for Union State. The event will take place in Russia’s Smolensk on 11-15 September. The delegation comprises representatives of all Belarusian regions – university and school students, young workers of various enterprises.
