The regional patriotic event
Victory Dictation was the first in a series of events by the Belarusian BRSM
Youth Union to mark the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the
Nazi invaders. The Victory Dictation event in Lenin regional library brought
together winners and prize-winners of the national projects of the Belarusian BRSM
Youth Union, representatives of regional and city authorities, public
organizations and associations.
