Belarus’ ambassador attends Tajikistan president’s annual address
MINSK, 29 December (BelTA) — On 28 December, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Tajikistan Viktor Denisenko took part in the event at which Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon delivered his annual address to the Majlisi Oli (Parliament) and the people of Tajikistan, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in Dushanbe.
The event was attended by deputies of the upper and lower houses of parliament, the prime minister and members of the government, heads of regions, representatives of business, the diplomatic corps and the media.
During the address, the head of state voiced the main areas of domestic and foreign policy, as well as issues related to the country’s social and economic development in the coming 2024.
